Report issues

This section is for reporting unexpected behavior you encounter while using our services.

What can I report?

• Service disruptions
• Slow response times or errors
• Problems with file uploads or downloads
• Confusing or unclear error messages
• Any other bugs or concerns you encounter while using our services

How to report an issue?

1. Go to the issues tab.
2. Create a new issue report:
   • Title: A brief summary of the issue (e.g., "DNS resolution failing for service1.gaboule.com" or "HTTP 500 for /api/auth").
   • Description: A detailed explanation of the problem. Please include as much information as possible.
   • Steps to reproduce: A step-by-step guide on how to reproduce the issue.
   • Attachments: Attach any relevant logs or screenshots.

Feature/service requests

This section is for suggesting improvements or new services. We welcome any ideas!

What can I request?

You can suggest new services to host (like a forum, file sharing system, etc.), or propose ways to make existing services more user-friendly or efficient.

Requests to add new pages or documentation to the wiki should be reported as issues on the wiki issue tracker.

How to submit a request?

1. Go to the issues tab.
2. Create a new issue report:
   • Title: A brief summary of the feature or improvement (e.g., "Implement 2FA for service1").
   • Description: Explain the proposed feature/improvement in detail. Potential questions to ask yourself:
     • Why would this be beneficial to the community?
     • What problem does it solve?
   • Alternatives considered: (Optional, if applicable) Briefly explain why your alternative suggestion is preferable.
